Constructed of 16-gauge A40 Galvanneal steel, primer gray painted. Available in standard wall widths and heights for all commercial and institutional applications. Fire rated up to 90 Mins!

Frame Types

Knocked Down (KD)

Knocked Down (KD) frames are shipped in pieces and arrive disassembled – including the head and two jambs – and are assembled on the jobsite. Each corner has visible seams, unless properly finished. Knocked Down frames have lower material & shipping costs compared to welded frames.

Welded

Welded frames are factory welded and arrive fully assembled in a 1-piece welded construction. The frame is squared with welded face corners that are ground smooth – with no visible seams. Welded frames have higher material & shipping costs compared to knocked down frames.
